US Shipping Information

We ship all our packages to the United States with UPS. Packages ship from our Canadian fulfillment center within 1-5 days of your order being placed and are delivered direct to your door. We make every effort to ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible but appreciate your patience as we work within the constraints of this new normal we all find ourselves in.

 

Please be aware that because of the nature of our products, extreme temperatures (either cold or warm) may impact certain products during transit. Typically, when our products freeze or melt, simply returning them to a regular room temperature will allow the products to return to their normal state. While the visual appearance may change, we can assure you the efficacy of the products will remain intact. Please refer to our return policy for additional details.

 

Shipping rates and times

We ship our products across the continental United States for a flat rate of $9.95 per order. Orders are shipped ground with UPS and may take 2-7 days depending on your location.

 

International shipping

At this time, all orders to customers in the United States are shipped from our fulfillment center in Canada. Orders of $800.01 or more may be subject to inspections from U.S Customs and Border Protection. Be assured, we will do everything in our power to ensure a smooth customers clearance however, sometimes it is out of our control. Should a delay be experienced due to U.S. Customs clearing, we appreciate your patience. Orders valued at $800.00 or less are not affected by this and clear very quickly meeting our 2-7 day shipment time frame.  

 

Shipping & delivery

All orders are shipped direct to your door. Customers and Ambassadors are encouraged to sign up for UPS My Choice to get the most optimal shipping experience. Over 40 million Americans have already signed up with UPS My Choice to manage their deliveries from the palm of their hand!

**At this time we cannot ship to P.O Boxes, a physical address is required**

 

Out of Stock Items

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. Tiber River does not back order.

 

Order Cancellation and Changes

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please Contact Us. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

 

Order Shipment Tracking

When your order is shipped from our fulfillment center, we will send you an email to confirm your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number and a link to enable you to track your package with UPS. If you already have a tracking number, simply click here to track your package.
